GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The controller of personal data collected via the website https://jp-cleaning-service.com/ is Joanna Paradowska, conducting business under the name JP Cleaning Service LLC, registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business of the Republic of Poland maintained by the minister responsible for the economy. The place of business is 2 Mozart Ave, Washington, NJ 07882, United States, with the correspondence address: 2 Mozart Ave, Washington, NJ 07882, United States, VAT ID: 948-88-9242, REGON: , email address: jpcleaning79@gmail.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”.
- Personal data collected by the Controller through the website is processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, and the Polish Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION
- PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS. The Controller processes personal data via the website https://jp-cleaning-service.com/ in the event of:
- using the contact form by the user. Personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR as a legitimate interest of the Controller.
- TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED. The Controller processes the following categories of personal data of the user:
- First and last name,
- Email address,
- Phone number,
- PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA. The personal data of users is stored by the Controller:
- in the case where the basis for data processing is the performance of a contract, for the period necessary for the performance of the contract, and after that for a period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims. Unless a specific provision states otherwise, the period of limitation is six years, and for periodic benefits and claims related to business activity, three years.
- in the case where the basis for data processing is consent, for as long as the consent is not withdrawn, and after the withdrawal of consent for a period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims that the Controller may raise and that may be raised against them. Unless a specific provision states otherwise, the period of limitation is six years, and for periodic benefits and claims related to business activity, three years.
- During the use of the website, additional information may be collected, in particular: the IP address assigned to the user’s computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, and type of operating system.
- Navigational data may also be collected from users, including information about links and references they decide to click on or other actions taken on the website. The legal basis for such activities is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), aimed at facilitating the use of services provided electronically and improving the functionality of these services.
- Providing personal data by the user is voluntary.
- Personal data will also be processed in an automated manner in the form of profiling, provided that the user consents to it based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The consequence of profiling will be the assignment of a profile to a given person to make decisions concerning them or to analyze or predict their preferences, behaviors, and attitudes.
- The Controller takes special care to protect the interests of the persons concerned, and ensures that the data collected is:
- processed lawfully,
- collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
- factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form that permits identification of the persons concerned, no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
- The personal data of users is transferred to service providers used by the Controller to operate the website. Service providers to whom personal data is transferred, depending on contractual arrangements and circumstances, either act under the instructions of the Controller regarding the purposes and methods of processing this data (processors) or independently determine the purposes and methods of their processing (controllers).
- Personal data of users is stored exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA).

RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, DELETION, AND OBJECTION
- The data subject has the right to access their personal data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- Legal grounds for the user’s request:
- Access to data – Art. 15 GDPR
- Rectification of data – Art. 16 GDPR.
- Erasure of data (the right to be forgotten) – Art. 17 GDPR.
- Restriction of processing – Art. 18 GDPR.
- Data portability – Art. 20 GDPR.
- Objection – Art. 21 GDPR
- Withdrawal of consent – Art. 7(3) GDPR.

- If the user exercises their rights resulting from the above rights, the Controller fulfills the request or refuses to fulfill it immediately, but no later than within one month after receiving it. If, due to the complex nature of the request or the number of requests, the Controller is unable to fulfill the request within one month, the Controller will fulfill it within the next two months, informing the user in advance within one month of receiving the request about the intended extension of the deadline and its reasons.
- If it is found that the processing of personal data violates GDPR regulations, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

“COOKIES” FILES
- The Controller’s website uses “cookies” files.
- The installation of “cookies” is necessary for the proper provision of services on the website. The “cookies” files contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the website, and they also allow for the development of general statistics of website visits.
- Within the website, the following types of “cookies” are used: session cookies
- “Session cookies” are temporary files stored on the user’s end device until logging out (leaving the website).
- The Controller uses its own cookies to better understand how the user interacts with the website’s content. The files collect information about how the user uses the website, the type of website from which the user was redirected, and the number of visits and the duration of the user’s visit to the website. These data do not register specific personal data of the user but are used to compile statistics on the use of the website.

FINAL PROVISIONS
- The Controller applies technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the threats and the categories of data covered by the protection, and in particular, protects the data against unauthorized disclosure, acquisition by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of the applicable regulations, and alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.
- The Controller provides appropriate technical measures to prevent the acquisition and modification by unauthorized persons of personal data sent electronically.
- In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of GDPR and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply accordingly.
